Steps for Registering your Retail Establishment

1. Complete the registration form.

For US retailers in the State of California, for Retail Sales Tax exemption, we must collect the original ‘California Resale Certificate.’ You may download this form from the Board of Equalization website (copy and paste link into your web browser): http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe230.pdf

Please print, fill-out and mail the original Resale Certificate to the following address, first time orders will be shipped once this certificate is received:

* Read over the Distributor Sales Agreement and click “I ACCEPT” to accept the terms of sale. The Distributor Sales Agreement can also be printed from the Maya Cycle website at any time, once logged into your account.

* Your application will be verified against our database for quick approval. If your retail establishment is found in our database, you will receive a confirmation email and may place an order right away.

* If your retail establishment is not approved immediately, we will have to approve it manually. A Stamet Tech Manager will contact you to verify the information provided. Please make sure to include your email address and phone number on all correspondence so we may verify who you are. Note that if non-retailers are found to be on our list, Stamet Tech Inc. reserves the right to cancel their account and discontinue rights to purchasing products at wholesale price.

Once your retail establishment is registered with our website, all you have to do is log-in, place an order, make payment and it will be processed for shipping immediately, each and every time.
